Danville

Tucked between Mt Diablo to the East and the Las Trampas Hills to the West, Danville offers the perfect blend of upscale amenities and small town charm, making it the perfect place to live, work and play. With a population of just over 44,164 Danville is known for its small-town atmosphere and its outstanding quality of life.

Danville’s historic & vibrant downtown area, lined with flowers and benches, features shops, restaurants, and art galleries that draw people from near & far. Epicurean adventures abound from upscale eateries with one-of-a-kind menus to family-friendly pizzerias and you’ll find plenty of arts and culture at the Village Theatre, The Museum of the San Ramon Valley, and the Tao House—home to America’s only Nobel Prize winning playwright Eugene O’Neill. Recreation lovers, look no further. Danville has unending recreational activities including hiking, biking, swimming and more.

Danville hosts a wonderful array of events throughout the year from Farmer’s Markets to street fairs to holiday celebrations. The Town’s highly rated schools & executive homes all add to the town’s unparalleled appeal. Danville is also home to the Blackhawk Community.

Pleasanton

Home to one of the most charming & vibrant downtown streets in Northern California, Pleasanton truly offers something for everyone. From recreational activities to the cultural arts to an array of shopping and dining experiences. Visitors flock to downtown Pleasanton for the many events that the town hosts throughout the year: evening Wine Strolls, popular Concerts in the Park, Street Parties, and Saturday’s Farmers Market. The pedestrian-friendly, tree-lined streets offer a vibrant blend of parks and historic buildings, specialty shops and service businesses, fine dining and coffee shops.

Though much of the attention falls to the enchanting downtown, Pleasanton is so much more. It is also home to the Alameda County Fairgrounds, many operating vineyards, the 1.3 million square foot Stoneridge Mall and the luxurious Ruby Hill development which boasts a Jack-Nicklaus designed championship course, the longest in Northern California.

San Ramon

With one of the larger population bases in Contra Costa County 76,283, San Ramon is a dynamic city. It has a variety of homes, parks and stores and a major employment center. San Ramon is headquarters of Chevron Corporation and 24-Hour Fitness, the West Coast headquarters of AT&T Inc., as well as home to San Ramon Medical Center.

San Ramon hosts a weekly, year-round Farmers’ Market and the Art and Wind Festival on Memorial Day weekend each year.

The 2.1 million square foot City Center in San Ramon City Center sits on 40 acres in the middle of town. It features a unique neighborhood atmosphere blending together community gathering, living, shopping, working, and dining experiences.

Dublin

Conveniently situated at the crossroads of Interstate 580 and Interstate 680, Dublin is located about 35 miles east of San Francisco. Home to two Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) stations, Dublin is a great living choice for Bay Area commuters. With a current population of just over 67,632, Dublin has consistently been one of the fastest growing cities in Alameda County and has benefited from planned growth and forward thinking of the area. This has enhanced the quality of life for all the members of the community.

The City of Dublin has 19 parks and over 365 acres of parkland. Hiking opportunities abound at the newest East Bay Regional Park, Dublin Hills Regional Park.

The Dublin Unified School District serves approximately 5,500 students and is proud to have five California Distinguished School awards.

Livermore

Livermore Valley is truly a gem and an incredible place to live & to visit. Full of beautiful parks, hiking & biking trails, over 40 wineries which offer an exceptional array of events, concerts and tasting throughout the year, and so much more. Their recently revitalized historic downtown area is a host to top-notch shopping, dining, spa services, live music, and wine tasting. Downtown Livermore has two movie theaters. You can see the latest blockbuster films at their retro circa 40’s theater or at the state-of-the-art all digital 13-screen theater. The 500 seat Bankhead Theater brings in local and traveling performances including local opera and symphony. With a population of 90,061, what’s amazing is that Livermore has retained its small town charm.

Alamo

An oasis in the Bay Area, Alamo has maintained the County’s General Plan for parcel lots of a one-half acre or more which creates a unique community in the Bay Area — tree-canopied two-lane roads, large lots, generous views of open space, and a distinct downtown with local businesses that cater to local needs. The resident’s priority of tree preservation helped transform this once agricultural area into a true jewel with a population of under 15,000.

Alamo was named by the Spanish in 1850 for the poplar trees that lined San Ramon Creek. Walnut Creek lies to the north, Danville, Dublin, and San Ramon to the south. Las Trampas Regional Wilderness is a 5,342-acre park located to the immediate southwest of the town. The wilderness contains forested hillsides, riparian woods and several secluded waterfalls and offers many recreational opportunities.

Blackhawk

Over 100 years ago, the lush rolling foothills of Mt. Diablo were known as Blackhawk Ranch. Years later, a new Blackhawk was born. This area of incredible natural beauty is home to lush landscaping and luxurious homes. Blackhawk is divided into six individual gated communities scattered along Blackhawk Road, connected by a 3-mile long jogging trail.

One of the largest and most exclusive communities is Blackhawk Country Club, a 4,800 acre country club community at the base of Mt. Diablo where luxurious residential neighborhoods are surrounded by thousands of acres of permanent open lands.

Blackhawk has something for everyone … two golf courses, a sports complex, many fine restaurants, and the adjacent Blackhawk Plaza which offers an exclusive mix of local, regional and national shops in a setting unlike any other shopping experience. Blackhawk is also home to the world-renowned Blackhawk Auto Museum, a Smithsonian affiliate.

Diablo

Diablo is a small community located near and to the northwest of Blackhawk (east of Danville). With a population of just over 1,100 people, this exclusive area is home to some of the most luxurious estates in Contra Costa County, many overlooking the greens of the Diablo Country Club.

The Historic Diablo Country Club golf course, on over 120 acres of land, is recognized as one of the most desirable courses to play in the San Francisco Bay Area. The course is designed for both walkers and carts and features views of surrounding countryside, including the spectacular Mt. Diablo nearby. The Country Club also features swimming, bocce ball and tennis.
